Austin Reed (Austin Peck)


Austin Reed, son of Kate Roberts and Curtis Reed, Kate’s deadbeat of an ex-husband. When Austin first came to Salem, he had no idea that Kate was his mother. He moved into the apartment across from Carrie's and eventually he and Carrie started seeing one another, but his boxing career caused lots of problems.


Carrie was nominated for and won Bella Magazine's "Face of the 90s" contest, but was later hit in the face with acid at a party - acid that was meant for Austin. Austin also had a crush on Jennifer Devereaux and donated his bone marrow to Jennifer’s daughter Abby.


When Lucas and Sami made love in the Titan building, Austin saw them but assumed it was Carrie when he saw her shirt on the floor. Later, Sami drugged Austin and tricked him into sleeping with her by pretended to be Carrie. Carrie learned that Austin had slept with someone else, she just didn't know it was her sister Sami.
Austin and Carrie broke up because they each suspected the other of being unfaithful but eventually they made up and soon became lovers again.

Though Austin wanted to tell Carrie who he slept with, she didn't want to know. They became engaged and prepared to be married. As the wedding began, Sami returned and fainted revealing to everyone that she was pregnant for Austin.
Carrie slapped him and never wanted to see him again so Austin stayed with Sami through her pregnancy and the birth of "their" son, William Reed. Sami dreams became true when Austin propose to her; he agreed to marry Sami immediately, in Las Vegas.


While in Las Vegas Sami and Lucas had an argument and Austin overheard a startling confession: Sami said she lied about Lucas hitting Will, so Austin told Sami he could never marry her. Austin shared a kiss with Nicole and left Salem for good.

The daughter to Marlena Evans and Roman Brady was born as a twin. Both Sami and her twin brother Eric Brady were raised in Denver Colorado by their grandparents. Sami Brady returned to Salem as a teenager and just after her arrival back home. Samantha wasted no time getting into trouble.


Sami Brady fell in love with her sister Carrie's boyfriend Austin Reed. Sami met Lucas Roberts and they became fast friends,and joined foces to break up Austin and Carrie. Sami fell victim to rape and turned to Lucas for comfort and Support, Stunned by the moment they made love to each other thereby conceving a child (baby Will). Sami was still in love with Austin so she drugged him in order to get him in bed and make love to him, so Sami used her pregnancy to tear Carrie and Austin apart.


Sami had a short affair with a non US Citizen named Franco Kelly who was shot on their Wedding Day by Lucas, But Sami who was accused of the crime and sentence to death by lethal injection, Sami was cleared seconds before the injection.


Sami fell in love with Brandon Walker who had a one night stand with Lexie Carver. Knowing about this, when Lexie anounced that she was pregnant Sami believed that Brandon fathered the baby, So she changed the paternity test, but it turned out that the baby really belonged to Abe Caver. Finding out what Sami did, Brandon left her and Salem for good.








Sami and the real father of her child Lucas Roberts started getting closer and their relationship heated up. All they could do is fantasize about making love to each other until they eventually did. They became engaged but Sami was set up by Lucas Mother Kate Roberts, and after Lucas found out Sami Brady was actually Stan, he left her at the altar.
